Grab partnered with Sprouta to help solve for the business challenges it faced in rapidly growing its operations and workforce in building a high-performance culture and operating model.

Together with our Sprouta partner, Vega Factor, we addressed the complex challenges Grab faced, leveraging the science of total motivation 'TOMO' and the support of Factor AI platform to undergo an accelerated culture and operating model transformative journey.

Grab’s transformation involved scaling to the whole organisation of over 9000 people across the companies South-East Asian markets (10 different countries) to ensure sustainability. This involved coaching every people leader, top - down, to support and drive the change and to create significant impact with their teams.

Goodman partnered with Sprouta to explore an initial business need in building a comprehensive Diversity & Inclusion strategy and development of inclusive leadership capabilities that would contribute to the organisation's performance. Following the impact and outcomes of this partnership, Goodman engaged Sprouta to conduct a comprehensive Organisational Health Review. The key deliverable being the development of a clear, focused, and well-defined strategy that would support Goodman with addressing mental health, wellbeing and sustainable performance for the organisation.

Recent engagement survey data and diversity and inclusion work served as key insights to support the business case for change.

Sprouta partnered with the Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA) NSW Division, as it faced significant challenges due to COVID-19 and budget cuts, resulting in revenue impact and operational strain. With the help of Sprouta Ecosystem, and CEO Madeleine Culbert, IPAA developed a client-centred business model, adopted agile practices, and launched new products to meet member needs.

This bold transformation led to financial turnaround, significant membership growth, and a more collaborative culture. IPAA is now focused on continued growth, driven by innovation and investment in technology.

Blackmores Group reached out to Sprouta to explore how to upskill financial concepts in away that captures the attention of a sales team across Asia Pacific with multiple languages.

Together with our Sprouta partner, Yarno, we launched the record-breaking 'revenue management' campaign through their Commercial Academy to enhance the sales team's financial and commercial acumen.

Recognising the need for a creative approach, they aimed to engage over 200 learners. The campaign ran for three weeks in three languages, achieving a remarkable 94% participation rate and a 91% completion rate. With positive feedback and an NPS score of 42, it was a significant success for both the team and the organisation.
