How do you select your partners?

Partners are vetted on their expertise, delivery, experience, desire to evolve, acceptance of feedback, and their ability to adapt and innovate. Our recommended partners are bold and ready to collaborate to help shape your organisation’s future.

Do you always recommend the same partners?

Depends on the problem to solve. We are partner agnostic and will work with you to understand your context and your needs.

Do you have a partner suited  our challenge?

Our mission is to find you the right partner, not the partner we’ve got right now. If a particular need is identified, we can tap into our extensive network to find solution providers that can help.

What size partners do you work with?

Our preference is working with SMEs who are nimble, agile, and most importantly, innovative. We find SMEs who spend time researching and educating themselves and are intrinsically motivated to create real, lasting change in the world.

How do these SMEs work with large rollouts?

This is in part why we seek partners with an ability to collaborate! Well-designed and challenge-specific solutions can be rolled out to large cohorts in collaboration with several of our partners who specialise in scaled delivery.

How exactly is your service made faster?

We save HR professionals and Chief People Officers time in searching, briefing, and the potential of failing in selecting a solution provider. This is the reason we've become the "go-to" for many clients.

Do you work with clients on limited or fixed budgets? 

We understand that budgets are rarely open-ended. We can work with our partners to determine how to maximise impact or determine a more cost-effective option for delivery.

Can we just have a conversation to test the waters?

We discuss workforce challenges with clients almost every day! Even a casual chat with you provides us greater insights into the pain points within the current business landscape. And we’re all about relationships!

Can we test your partnered solutions? 

Our partners have generously allowed us to share high-value taste testers with our prospective new clients. Once we have a better insight into your challenge, we may share the most appropriate taste tester with you! 

How does Sprouta get paid for their contribution? 

Most consultants you’ve worked with have a dedicated sales and service team. We’ve negotiated with our partners to simply replace these functions. This effectively reduces overheads as retainers aren't payable to Sprouta.
