Community and Experience Lead

With a growing ecosystem of over 35 global partners, we are able to leverage a wealth of collective expertise and resources to supercharge solutions for our clients most complex challenges and aspirational of goals.

Your mission

A key part of our purpose is to create a thriving community within the People and Culture Space and deliver a new type of experience when solving complex problems. We are looking for superstar to work with our team to:

  • Build and deliver value to our client community through multiple channels including Social Media, Webinars, Events, Email Marketing and the Sprouta website
  • Enhance our client community experience through managing effective workflows and digital platforms
  • Plan/implement campaigns to support community building/marketing objectives
  • Identify and anticipate client patterns, data and insights.
Experience
  • Relevant community building or marketing experience or qualification
  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role. Experience with graphic design and layout highly regarded, not essential
  • Practical experience with marketing and design platforms such as Mailchimp and Canva
  • Content creation, writing and editing experience and an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to project manage and deliver on deadlines
  • Sound understanding of marketing and design principles
  • Engaging writing style and ability to effectively tell stories that educate and inspire.

Operational Lead

Your mission

A key part of our purpose is to create a community and deliver a new type of experience when solving complex problems. We are fast growing company so we are looking for superstar to work with our team to lead our operations with the following:

  • Developing and improving the operating model, processes and policies in support of the organisation's purpose
  • Supporting better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organisational planning
  • Playing a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared towards enabling growth
  • Define the requirements to automate the execution and monitoring of daily operations to scale the business
  • Identify operational issues and/or performance improvement opportunities, and effectively implement internal process changes to correct any adverse performance and deliver continuous     improvements
  • Build and improve our partner and client engagement framework
  • Manage strategic relationships and performance with our partner network
  • Be the escalation point for any operational issues
  • Partner alongside the founder to execute and drive the business strategy in order to achieve company-wide goals.
Experience
  • You have a love and proven experience in operations and would like to work in a fast growing environment
  • Experience in leading and delivering project outcomes
  • You love building and improving operational processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to lead ideas to implementation
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with all levels
  • Multi-tasking ability and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable depending on client and the business needs.
  • Customer centric and commercial acumen approach
